Terms & Conditions

To ensure that all clients receive a quality service we ask that you arrive at your appointment on time. If you have to cancel an appointment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given or you arrive more than 5 minutes late for an appointment a charge of £5.00, depending on the time of length booked, will incur. 

Deposits may be required at busy periods or if a staff member is booked out for more than an hour. All courses are to be paid in full on booking and are non-refundable or transferable. All treatments must be undertaken on therapists/stylists advice, if this is not adhered to we are not responsible for the result and an extra charge may be incurred.

We accept most credit/debit cards, charges may apply. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the upstairs are of the salon. Prices may increase from date of publishing. Some phone calls may be recorded for training purposes.
